• Voice & Audio Data: When you practice speaking exercises, audio input is captured temporarily via your device's microphone solely for speech recognition and real-time pronunciation evaluation. Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are never sold or used for advertising.
• Usage & Progress Data: We store your completed lessons, practice scores, and fluency progress to provide a personalized learning experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Spoken English Pro tutoring service.
• To evaluate speaking accuracy, grammar structure, and fluency.
• To authenticate users and secure user accounts.
• To process secure transactions for PRO course access via our authorized payment processor (Razorpay).

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted between the Spoken English Pro app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 (HTTPS). User passwords are cryptographic hashes (100,000 PBKDF2 iterations) and are never stored in plaintext.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your progress data as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app under Dashboard > Account & Privacy, or via our public Data Deletion Request Page, or by contacting us at support@spokenenglishpro.com.

Our app interacts with trusted service providers strictly for core functionality:

• Google Identity Services: For secure single sign-on authentication.
